Doctor is better than the rest. In this feature, the Editor will be casting his eye over all ten Doctor’s,
placing them in order of merit, beginning at number 10 going through to number one. But surely, this is a 
straightforward task. The best Doctor must come from the new show. The special effects have taken Doctor
Who to another level and the scripts have been some of the best ever. Well, not necessarily. 

The best Doctor is something more than this. How to explain it. The smile, the voice, dress, assistants,
and classic villains they all play a part. Likeability is important. Perhaps it is a generational thing.
Allow the Editor to take you through his ultimate countdown. The old boy has been watching Doctor Who for
over 30 years. So be prepared for the unexpected…
